Breast Implant Removal | Case Details

Breast implant removal total capsulectomy for textured implants with breast lift (mastopexy). Had 290 gm textured silicone implants for 15 years. Patient with possible breast implant illness and concern for risk of ALCL. Complete resolution of symptoms after implant removal. Note the incision at the infra mammary fold required for a total capsulectomy. Early post operative result.
