A teenage girl, one month post-op rhinoplasty. Dorsal hump reduction and nasal tip refinement were performed. The patient also had a drooping columella preoperatively, and this was slightly elevated during surgery. It is important not to elevate the columella too much, but just enough for a natural appearance of the nose. The overall goal is a conservative change to the nose for a natural looking result.
