This 26 year old patient had significant breathing problems since a young age. In addition she was unhappy with the dorsal bump on her nose and desired a more "concave" lateral nasal profile. She underwent open septorhinoplasty with fracturing of her bones to re-center them, septoplasty and spreader graft placement for breathing, tip narrowing and slight turn-up, and dorsal bump reduction. 8 months post surgery.
