18 yo female with a history of bilateral cleft lip and palate presents for cleft rhinoplasty. She desired decreased width of the nasal tip as well a more delicate shape to the tip. She was also unhappy with her profile and desired increased projection of her nasal tip and less projection of the dorsum.

Age: 18

Location of Incision: open/columelar
