25 yo female with a history of unilateral cleft lip and palate presents for cleft rhinoplasty. She desired improved nostril symmetry. She also wanted a more projected, symmetric and refined nasal tip. She also had near complete obstruction of the left nasal airway and desired improved breathing.

Location of Incision: open/columelar

Components of Procedure: Increase tip projection
