This patient had a congenital deviation of her dorsum and nasal tip to her right. She was never able to move air through her right nostril. She desired improved projection and symmetry of her nasal dorsum and tip, and improved airflow through the right nostril.

Location of Incision: open/columelar

Components of Procedure: Columellar strut cartilage graft
