50 year-old before and 3 months after a facelift, neck lift, fat grafting to the face, and a TCA peel. This beautiful patient wanted to address the excess skin on her lower face and neck. During her consultation, Dr. Maia recommended a custom plan to refresh and rejuvenate her face. The patient is thrilled with her results and we are so happy for her!
