This 34 year old female wanted a natural look after breast augmentation surgery. She has a lot of her own breast tissue, and has somewhat 'sagging' breast anatomy. She was treated with a 345 cc smooth round silicone implant in an extended dual-plane position, via an infra-mammary incision. The dual-plane position allows her implant to settle into the lower portion of her breast, giving the illusion that she has had a mild breast lift.
