53 year-old before and 7 weeks after an upper eyelid lift This beautiful 53 year-old patient looks more youthful and rejuvenated after her in-office upper blepharoplasty at our Tysons Corner clinic. Dr. Maia designs an inconspicuous scar hidden in the crease of the eyelid for a completely natural look. During the procedure, the patient is awake, under local anesthesia, and completely comfortable. She is thrilled with her results and we are so happy for her!
