49 year-old patient before and after face lift, neck lift, upper blepharoplasty, fat grafting to the face, and a TCA peel This glowing patient is from out of town, but found us on TikTok and loved our work. She wanted to address the excess skin on her lower face and neck, and she noted that she felt like her face was deflating with age and wanted to restore a youthful volume to her cheeks. The changes are subtle and natural, yet substantial. The face and neck lift refreshed the folds on her face and improved her all the way down to the collar bone, while the TCA peel revived dull skin - It just took her back to how she used to be years ago.
