This patient presented with desire for body contouring. She had history of massive weight loss and was bothered by excess skin. She underwent an abdominoplasty with muscle repair. Liposuction to her flanks was also performed for contouring.

Age: 43

Umbilical Translocation: No

Concomitant hernia repair: Incisional
