This patient presented with desire for body contouring. She had history of 100 lb weight loss after her last pregnancy. She was bothered by skin laxity in her abdomen. Despite being very physically fit and healthy eating lifestyle, she desired contouring. She underwent circumferiential abdominoplasty with muscle repair.

Age: 42

Umbilical Translocation: No

Concomitant hernia repair: Incisional

Months between operation and 'after' photos: 6
