Tummy Tuck | Case Details
This 38 year old mother of 3 was unhappy with the post-partum appearance of her abdomen. She stated it was still round with loose skin at the bottom of her abdomen. Like many moms, she led a healthy lifestyle including diet and exercise but her rectus diastasis (muscle separation) and loose skin from pregnancies stood in the way of achieving the results she was looking for. She is seen here before and 5 months after surgery. 1200 ccs of lipoaspirate was removed via vaser liposuction from her right flank and 1400 cc of lipoaspirate were removed from the left side. Renuvion, also known as J-Plasma was used to help tighten the skin for a "snatched" and contoured mid-section. I completed her transformation by performing diastasis recti repair to bring her abdominal wall muscles together and removed 538 grams of skin via abdominoplasty (tummy tuck).
