The patient is a pleasant 50 year old man who is displeased with a "turkey gobbler" full neck, and eyelid hooding. He is bald, and not a candidate for a traditional face lift. He desires neck improvement, and agrees to a midline neck scar for skin removal, and access to allow muscle tightening.
