This 40 year old female disliked the appearance of her silicone breast implants. Her submuscular implants were removed with a capsulectomy, and fat transfer to the breasts was done to add some volume and shape to each breast. The donor site for fat transfer was her upper and lower abdomen, waist and hip area. These areas were liposuctioned and a portion of the fat was used for fat transfer. Her surgery was completed by Dr. Scott Sattler of Sound Plastic Surgery.
