Rhinoplasty | Case Details

20 yo female with a history of cleft lip and two previous rhinoplasties. She desired improved symmetry of her nostrils. She also wanted a more narrow and symmetric nasal tip. There was near complete obstruction of the left nasal airway.

Location of Incision: open/columelar

Components of Procedure: Increase tip projection

Months between operation and 'after' photos: 6
