Tummy Tuck | Case Details
This mother-of-multiples presented with severe rectus diastasis and complete loss of the abdominal wall and intra-abdominal contents. Because of the patient's greatly weakened abdominal muscles, GalaFLEX mesh was used for soft tissue support. 400ccs of volume were removed from her right flank, 300ccs were removed from the left and an additional 25ccs were removed from her mons pubis area via liposuction. The weight of the removed abdominal skin and tissue was 1845 grams (approx 4.1 lbs)
