This patient is seen here before 11 weeks after surgery. Her procedure began with the removal of 350cc saline implants, overfilled to 550ccs and a partial capsulectomy. I used an auto-augmentation technique to convert her own tissue into upper-pole fullness (enhanced-mastopexy) to complete her makeover.
