35 year-old Hispanic woman who had excess skin in her upper body including sagging and deflated breasts after her massive weight loss surgery . She underwent an abdominoplasty and a complete upper body lift with bilateral breast lift and breast augmentation with 320cc smooth round moderate plus silicone breast implant in addition to bilateral arm reduction and bra-line upper body lift to remove the excess back rolls. She is 2 months post operation now.
