A 52-year old Middle Eastern woman with sagging breasts after saline breast augmentation years ago desired a smaller breast with a lift. She underwent removal of her 175cc saline implants with total capsulectomy and a vertical breast lift with an anchor incision. These photos are from two months after her operation.
