A 30-year-old man with gynecomastia related to synthetic steroid use. He underwent repair with liposuction of his chest wall and direct excision of 40-50 grams of fibrous breast tissue via a small peri areolar incision. These are his results 4 weeks later.

Age: 30

Amount Resected Left (ccs): 20
