Tummy Tuck | Case Details
High-Definition Tummy Tuck and Monsplasty This patient in her early fifties presented to our office unhappy with her abdominal contour and excess skin. On examination, it was noted that the patient had abdominal muscle separation as well as lower abdominal skin excess with pubic sagging. During a 3 1/2-hour surgery, the patient underwent a low-cut high-definition tummy tuck with pubic lift as well as minor liposuction of her waist areas. The patient healed remarkably well with thin scars that can be well hidden in a bikini. Her navel was cut in an aesthetically optimal shape and her abdominal contour was recreated in a three-dimensional and natural form. Patient's tummy tuck after photos were taken about 12 months after her surgery. Note how her pubic area was also lifted and corrected.
