Dermal Bra Suspension Breast Lift This patient in her twenties presented to our office with a desire to have smaller uplifted breasts. The patient was a DD cup size and wished to be a full C after these procedures. During a 4-hour surgery, patient's breasts were reduced through an anchor-incision. The reduced breast tissue was then molded into a breast mound and placed at a higher position over the chest muscle via the use of an internal bra, aka the dermal bra. This comprehensive breast lift procedure is known as the dermal bra suspension breast lift.
