Gender Affirmation Surgery | Case Details

Top surgery for gender affirmation with peri-areolar skin excision combined with triangular skin excision of medial and lateral chest. This allowed us to contour the chest appropriately while avoiding a nipple graft. Post-op photos are at 3 months after surgery. Scars will continue to fade and soften over time.
