Left oncoplastic breast reconstruction and insertion of silicone implant; right symmetry with insertion of silicone implant Notes: 47 y/o F with PMHx of left breast melanoma, underwent left oncoplastic breast reconstruction. In the same surgery patient had insertion of silicone implants in the retrofascial plane via IMF approach
