Open rhinoplasty. Dorsal hump reduction, caudal septal reduction, alar base excisions bilaterally. Airway: left internal nasal valve collapse treated with septalplasty and spreader grafts. Right external nasal valve collapse corrected with caudal septal repositioning.

Age: 40

Location of Incision: open/columelar

Components of Procedure: Spreader cartilage graft
