This 19-year-old patient came to Dr. Siamak Agha for breast augmentation surgery. The patient underwent breast augmentation with 275 cc Saline implants through an incision under the breast (inframammary fold incision). The operation gave the patient more fullness to her breasts, and matched the shape of the patient’s breasts so that they are completely symmetrical. The addition of a more full breast gave the patient a more proportional look in her torso, because the size of the patient’s chest, shoulders, and waist are now more proportioned. The addition to the breasts also gave the patient a more curvy and feminine appearance to her body. The implants gave the patient’s breasts a more rounded look, which made them appear more symmetrical and youthful. This new youthful appearance was also enhanced by removing any sagging of breast tissue by inserting the implants. The patient’s nipples were also enhanced and rounded by adding the breast implants, further adding to the symmetrical look of the patient’s chest. The final result was a youthful, proportioned, symmetrical, and feminine appearance to the patient’s breasts and entire upper body. Post-operative pictures were taken at 6 months after her breast augmentation.
