This 37 year old mother presented to Dr. Siamak Agha after her final pregnancy for breast enhancement and lift. The patient underwent breast augmentation with a 325 cc silicone breast implant on the right and a 350 cc implant on the left through an inframammary crease incision. The breast implants created a more symmetrical appearance to the two breasts, now that each breast is the same size. The implants also repositioned the breasts so that they fell the same amount, rather than one breast sagging more than the other. The implants also rounded the breasts and lifted them, giving an overall more youthful appearance and reducing sagging. The implants also gave fullness to the breasts and increased the patient’s breast size. The breasts were also rounded, giving them a more symmetrical and youthful appearance.
