This 37 year old female presented to Dr. Siamak Agha for a rhinoplasty surgery. The patient was unhappy with her nasal hump and her very large boxy and prominent nasal tip. Dr. Agha performed an open rhinoplasty procedure on this patient. During this procedure, her nasal hump was reduced as per patient’s request, her tip was made smaller, less projected, and more feminine. Her post-operative pictures are shown at 8 months.
