This 52 years old female presented to Dr. Agha with early signs of facial ageing. She had multiple deep forehead lines, brow sagging, upper and lower eyelid excess, cheek fat descent, prominent nasolabial folds, and moderate jowling. The patient underwent endoscopic forehead lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty and a mini facelift. The patient’s endoscopic forehead lift helped to diminish deep wrinkle lines in the patient’s forehead and also give the skin a fresh, tight, and rejuvenated look. The patient’s upper and lower blepharoplasty lifted the skin around the patient’s eyes, removing brow sagging and the excess skin around her eyes. This procedure also faded wrinkles around the patient’s eyes, and helped widen the eyes by removing the extra sagging skin in the eyelid. Finally, the patient’s mini-face lift tightened the overall appearance of the patient’s skin and corrected her cheek fat descent, making her cheeks look perkier and full, rather than sagging as before. Plumping the patient’s cheeks in this way helped give the patient not only a more youthful and vibrant look, but also helped to add symmetry to the face as a whole and compliment the patients narrow face shape The facelift also helped to fade the patient’s wrinkles in the chin, around the mouth, and around the eyes, giving the patient a more youthful look overall. The patient also achieved a natural look, since incisions are hidden in areas that appear to be natural wrinkles. The combination of these procedures gave the patient a natural, youthful look and the appearance of a symmetrical and proportional face.
