Lower Body Lift. A 46 year old female who presented to Dr. Siamak Agha with significant lower body laxity, severe saddlebag deformity, and outer buttocks depression. Patient had a lower body lift, buttock lift, buttock augmentation with lower back tissue, and saddlebag liposuction in one stage. Her post-operative pictures are shown at 9 months.
