A man in his 30s, two months post-op rhinoplasty. The patient had severe septal deviation with frontal asymmetry, a dorsal hump, and a drooping nasal tip preoperatively. This patient’s main goal was to straighten his nose from the frontal view and improve his breathing. He specifically did not want an elevated tip or an overly small nose. It is important not to elevate the tip too much, but just enough for a natural appearance of the nose. The overall goal is a conservative change to the nose for a natural looking result which still retains a masculine appearance of the nose.
