44 year old light smoker who underwent left breast mastectomy for invasive ductal carcinoma and immediate tissue expander placement. Expander exchanged for mastectomy skin necrosis. She underwent second stage expander exchange for permanent gel implant and subsequent upsize with saline implant and nipple/areola reconstruction. Right breast lift for symmetry.
