Right lower blepharoplasty: Patient originally suffered a devastating facial fracture. After reconstructing left left side of his upper face, and entire midface, he wanted some improvement in the appearance of the right lower eyelid. Performed right lower blepharoplasty, fat redistribution, ablation of the tear trough, canthopexy
