This 40 year old female developed capsular contracture of both textured saline implants that were placed many years ago. She was treated with implant removal, removal of implant capsules (capsulectomy) and implant replacement with 375 cc smooth round submuscular silicone implants. She is delighted with her more natural post op appearance.
