Bilateral lower blepharoplasty, right upper blepharoplasty. Fat redistribution and ablation of the tear trough. Patient had large forehead defect but did not want to proceed with cranioplasty to reconstruct the forhead. Instead opted to improve her facial harmony with eyelid surgery.
