Main concerns were his difficulty breathing from the right side of his nose and deviation of his nose. Had this since age 10 after trauma to the nose. Open rhinoplasty corrected collapse of internal nasal valve, straightened the nose and established dorsal aesthetic lines.

Age: 55

Location of Incision: open/columelar
