23 year old female suffered trauma to her nose. Goals were to straighten the nose, improve breathing, improve the aesthetic without changing her appearance. Open rhinoplasty, spreader grafts, osteotomies of the nasal bones, tip sutures.

Age: 23

Location of Incision: open/columelar

Components of Procedure: Spreader cartilage graft
