37 year old woman underwent a Bilateral Capsulectomy with Silicone Implant Exchange. She presented to our office with severe capsular contracture. A Breast Lift (Mastopexy) was recommended along with implant exchange, however she did not want to have the associated scars. Post operative photos taken six months after surgery.
