39 active mother of four underwent a Bilateral Implant Exchange with Capsulorraphy. Patient had breastfeed all four children after original augmentation and was unhappy with the look of her breasts after. She wanted her breasts to be moved back towards the midline and have them in a higher position. Post operative photos taken four weeks after surgery.
