Active woman in her late 60's underwent a Bilateral Implant Exchange with Capsulectomy to improve the appearance of her breasts. Patient presented to our office with severe capsular contracture on her right side. She had started noticing tightening of her breast implant years ago, it really started to bother her in the late stages as it was deforming her breast. Breast implants and capsules were removed and replaced with highly cohesive silicone breast implants. Post operative photos taken six weeks after surgery.
