45 year old woman underwent a Bilateral Breast Reduction to improve overall appearance of her breasts. Patient was tired of having neck and back pain due to her large, heavy breasts. She wanted smaller, perkier breasts that allowed her to wear more clothing options. Post operative photos taken two weeks after surgery.
