45 year old woman underwent Suction Assisted Lipectomy of the Neck and Jawline in office under local anesthetic. Patient was unhappy with her droopy neck, she disliked the way she looked from the side as well as her double chin. She did not want to have a Necklift and opted for liposuction in the office. Post operative photos taken three months after surgery.
