65 year old active woman underwent an Upper Blepharoplasty with Levator Advancement, and Lower Blepharoplasty with a Cheek Lift and Fat Repositioning to achieve more youthful eyes. Patient was unhappy with the dark circles and hollowness under her eyes, as well as the excess skin and droopiness on her upper lids. Post operative photos taken three months after surgery.
