25 year old woman underwent Suction Assisted Lipectomy (SAL) of the upper arms. Patient was unhappy with the excess fat on her arms that she was having trouble reducing with diet and exercise alone. Due to her good skin elasticity, she did not need a Brachioplasty to remove excess skin, we were able to contour and thin her arms with the use of liposuction and compression garments post surgery. Post operative photos taken three months after surgery.
