42 year old woman underwent a double eyelid surgery (Upper Blepharoplasty)to open upper eyelids and appear more awake. Patient was unhappy with the second crease on her upper lid, she felt as though it make her look tired and it was difficult to apply makeup. Post operative photo taken three months after surgery.
