54 year old woman underwent eyelid rejuvenation to restore a more youthful appearance to her eyes. Patient was unhappy with always looking like she had tired puffy eyes; she was concerned about still looking like herself after surgery and wanted a very natural look. Performed an Upper Blepharoplasty with Levator Advancement to open the eyes, as well as a Lower Blepharoplasty to remove excess skin and fat. Post operative photo taken eight weeks after surgery.
