39 year old mother of three underwent a Fitness Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty) + Circumvertical Breast Lift (Mastopexy) + Implant Exchange. Patient was unhappy with the bulge in her abdomen after her pregnancies as well as the size and location of her breasts. She wanted smaller, perkier breasts to accommodate her active lifestyle. Post operative photos taken three months after surgery.
