17 year old female with nasal airway obstruction and collapse of her nose with deep inspiration treated with septorhinoplasty (septoplasty and spreader grafts to improve her breathing). Also did not like the appearance of her dorsal nasal bump, "bulbous" nasal tip, and slightly turned down appearance of the nose. Underwent a slight upward tip rotation and narrowing, dorsal bump reduction, and slight upward tip rotation.
