30 year old woman with obstructed airway secondary to septal deviation, also unhappy with prominent nasal hump and appearance of nasal tip. Underwent open septorhinoplasty with septoplasty and placement of spreader grafts for breathing, reduction of dorsal hump, refinement of nasal tip (narrower and turned up slightly).
